FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Financial management services include:
- Recording the purchasing/procurement of goods and services
- Preparation of client invoices
- Recording sales and preparation of invoices in compliance with local requirements
- Recording of petty cash transactions
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements (on the 5th business day of each month or as required by the client)
- Preparation of additional financial reports as requested by management
PAYROLL SERVICES
- Collection of human resource information required for the preparation of employee payroll
- Preparation of payroll documentation and adjustments
- Printing and delivery of payroll documentation to the HR manager
- Preparation of records and accounts relating to third party contractors
- Preparation of final settlements for employees in accordance with employment contracts
- Preparation of employee vacation settlements
- Preparation of social security contribution and payroll taxes
- Annual consolidation of social benefits information
- Recording of payroll and contractor payables in the company accounts
- Verification and reconciliation of social security contributions
GESTION TRIBUTARIA
- Elaboración y liquidación de Impuestos Nacionales (Retención en la fuente, Retención CREE, IVA, Declaración de Renta y Declaración CREE).
- Elaboración de Información exógena, DIAN.
- Elaboración y liquidación de Impuestos Distritales a nivel Nacional (Industria y comercio y Retención en la fuente de Industria y Comercio).

TAX MANAGEMENT
Tax management services include:
- Preparation and payment of tax obligations (including withholding tax, sales tax, income tax)
- Preparation of supporting information required by the national tax authorities (DIAN)
- Preparation of supporting information relating to district and national level taxation (including industry and business tax withholding taxes)
- Preparation of supporting information relating to municipal level taxation
CASH MANAGEMENT
- Accounts Receivable - Revenue collection from customers and other third parties
- Accounts Payable – Payments to vendors, employees, contractors and others.
- Support and assistance in dealing with banks and other financial institutions.
